Privacy Policy

Cartlynq stores business operational data such as business profile details, order records, customer names, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, payment status, delivery status, and order notes.

The product is designed for small businesses to organize orders that originate from WhatsApp conversations. It does not read WhatsApp chats or connect to a customer WhatsApp account in this MVP.

Production deployments should use Firebase Authentication and Firestore. Business data is scoped by business ID and protected by Firestore security rules. Only authenticated members of a business should be able to access that business data.

Do not store highly sensitive payment credentials, bank passwords, card numbers, or government identity documents inside order notes.

For deletion or data access requests, contact the business operator or the support address configured for this deployment.
